The black bars were a neat solution for cutscene/gameplay transitions,some of the transitions are so smooth some players might not realize that its time to play or time to stop using the controller,the black bars help with that.They also make the cutscenes even more cinematic.I'm honestly surprised it wasn't something they thought about it in the beginning,shows how Rockstar "cinematography" matured as development went,camera angles for shots and editing are way better compared to gta 5 or 4.

Haha I’m kinda new here so don’t fully know the rules. Mods might see glitches as glitches regardless. I don’t mind glitches except stuff like the god mode glitch which exists just to bully other players

No worries.  I hope that isn't classified as a glitch because it should've been in Online from day uno (the solo lobby)

A new IP would do to the studio good. That I agree. Even the setting sounds good.

I want Agent so bad. I just love the setting, love the concept. But I don't think we will ever see Agent. At least not under that title considering that T2 abandoned the trademark and the R* website still claims that it will be a PS3 exclusive.

I agree. It’s stupid that we can’t have a public solo/friends only lobby.

 

The “glitch” is the remove the coaxial cable from ur internet router wait 5-10 seconds and then insert it back. After about 10 seconds the game should show everyone in the lobby has left. What’s really happened is that you’ve been lagged out of the lobby but it seems like everyone else was kicked. You’re now in a public session on you’re own and can do jobs or invite your friends to have a public friends only lobby. 
 

ive only done it on ps4 but it should work on Xbox as well. Don’t know about PC
