this thread wasn't necessary, should've asked moderator for help or even Andrej could have helped on discord, no worries btw voted for coneboy cos his mission was good in most gameplay parts,Polski Oski mission was quite different from theme it was more like a introduction it just doesn't fit in this motw , its like a start to a new mission pack but I was thrilled by the idea of the story.

Just to remind. I have 3 votes while Coneboy has 4. I'm Counting These previous too. 

 

Also YourName_2 and Usuario1 doesn't have 20 content made which means that their votes doesn't count

- I Can't believe no one participate in this simple contest. People speak so much in Discord rather than doing something.

 

- @Polski Oski You done splendid job in your mission. I gave you my vote just because of your creativity, and the way virus breakout occurred. Otherwise mission is way too short! I really expect more from you in upcoming missions. Cheers! 

 

- @boy of the cones Apocalypse environment is epic! A+ But I don't understand why normal peds are zombies. Which makes your mission very unrealistic. Anyways, it's a WAR ZONE roundup mission. So I can't say much about it. Thumbs up!  

 

- By the way, both missions are awesome and enjoyable. Thanks alot for participating and make this contest alive!

Here's a little review:

 

Before I start reviewing, I have to say that it was very hard for me to decide who to vote for. Both participants did their best and their missions balanced perfectly. The voted mission won by a very small margin.

@boy of the cones's CraZy:

 

 

 

This mission is the top dog in terms of gameplay. The good choice of location along with great object placement and actors distribution added to an enjoyable gameplay. The time limit added enough tension to make it challenging. I really liked the atmosphere made by the surrounding objects and the music. It took me a while to finish, but it's totally worth it.

What it lacked though, is context. I wasn't sure what was the intention from killing these people. They didnt feel much like zombies to me. Also the huge amount of weaopns was unnecessery and useless since the only way to win this without losing time is to keep moving and kill them as fast as possible (by headshots) . It did add variety but it was too much.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed it so much as a Run-N-Gun type of mission taken out of context. Amazing job!

This one is among the best I've seen in presentation and atmosphere. I like the interior mixing here it was spot on! Better than your last MOTW entry. The skins you chose added a great deal to the immersion. The music choice was fantastic! Props on mixing two music tracks. The cutscenes were amazing as well, and the dialogue was interesting and mistake-free. I love how you maximized the use of modloader by including skins, object textures, weapon textures, and even weapon sounds. Sir, you are brilliant.

What your mission lacked is, unfortunately, gameplay. Shooting zombies was fun, especially with the new weapon skins and sounds. But the zombies were absolutely helpless, it was too easy, trivial even. I noticed that in your previous MOTW entry too, where you also mixed interiors, the melee combat (punches and even bats) did no damage.

Also the mission felt incomplete. It ended abruptly and suddenly.

This mission really blew me away! Without the small hiccups mentioned above, I would've voted for you without hesitation!
 

 

The competition was intense! But @Polski Oski's mission really brought so much to the table. To his mission goes my vote.

It's not about the theme. It's about motivation and the disaster that's currrently happening. 

 

Don't expect me to still think about designing when I have 1000 people around me that coughs and sneezes everytime. I have also no motivation to do DYOM rn, hence why the participant is slowly decreasing. Maybe next theme I will overcome the motivation thing, but the disease that's currently invading my town won't make it an easy task.

If we'll count the votes of the previous topic, then I have 6 votes because Fahad Edab's vote is valid. The rest is legal. Only Usuario1 and YourName2's vote are illegal.
