The good deeds thread

I just thought I'd bung a topic in to see if we can get some positivity to offset the bitch & moan thread.

Over the past week I've been helping out random people who have been getting griefed (or being stalked by griefers).  A few days ago I helped some guys out when they were getting chased by a Mk2 griefer and earlier (less than 30 minutes ago) using my other account I let a low level guy know that there was a random griefer waiting outside his bunker (I'd spotted a lot of player killing in the lobby) and volunteered to pop over to distract the griefer - winding up running him over (accidentally, admittedly - my intention had just been to get his attention away from the bunker and he jumped in front of my armoured Karuma) - I then swung back and gave the guy from the bunker a lift to Maze Bank West before I called it a night.

When doing heists with friends, I let them get the majority of the take because i have glitched money and dozens of Deluxo bonds so i don't need the money. I also do all but one of the casino heist preps (stupid underwater thermal charges) myself in my free time although I'm getting burnt out on doing that all the time for them.

I'll also set up a solo public session for them if they need to sell or resupply their businesses.

For awhile I would give out tips and tricks to newer players as to how to get through this game but that resulted in one rather clingy PlayStation girl so I did away with that because that clinginess just got way out of hand and I don't need that happening again.

Good deed? i always try to find a missions with low levels, just to help them around, but a lot of times they're kinda inappropriate, shooting my car because can't drive it, so i ended up messing with them LOL

But it's another story with the "good" players, i helped them instead of wasting their time, like this guy, i even commend him for being friendly, friendly players are rare today so they deserve to be recognized too

I still help players get their first Dubsta 2 from time to time. My YouTube channel has a lot of freemode spawning techniques on it and I still get requests for help.

Good deeds are a fun part of the game for me because nobody ever expects it. My missiles lock onto your NPC enemies just fine. I like to destroy the chopper that machine guns people doing vehicle cargo missions. I join in on gang attacks and ram enemies with a car while in passive. Also while in passive I ram NPCs that are pursuing players and I do it all the way to their destination. Pinned down by the cops? I got yer back. Delivering crates? I'll take you there in my Akula. And yes, I'll help you scope out the Flecca bank.

I used my MkII to help someone else deliver their cargo. Some scrub tried to blow up his delivery vehicle...a few missiles alleviated the problem. Stepped off the bike, and shot him down as he tried on foot. Got a new friend in the process.

I always take a low cut when I join a heist. A lot of the times the host actually raises it for me which is a very nice gesture.

I mentioned this in another topic - but I've started diverting griefers from others by doing the "Haulage" VIP missions using my MOC cab - they can't resist a big seemingly defenceless target and zero in on it right away - which gets them off the backs of other people in the lobby.  The irony?  None of the vehicles that griefers use can kill the MOC cab (it can tank 60+ missiles and the Mk2 and Deluxo can only hold 20 and 30 respectively - and they're the most common greifer vehicles)

Escorting deliveries when there are griefers in the lobby...

I also love training up noobs and turning them into smart and self sustainable players that suddenly find themselves rich with me their advice line if they ever have questions.

On topic: I love to kill the cops and blow up the chopper when I find out that someone's Business is getting raided.

Even better, because you're not a part of their MC, they don't attack you, so it's pretty much a piece of cake.

last night, went for a ride on a stranger's Nightclub blimp. Only to have a Buzzard come along and blow it up. My MkII fell off earlier, but I still took revenge by killing Buzzard man. what ensued was Buzzard man tailing me where ever I went. I threw a bunch of tricks to lose my tail, including:

Start My Job to remove my blip until he/she lost interest

Go to my NIghtclub, have a shot of Macbeth Whiskey as Buzzard man waited impatiently outside. I then came to up by Simeons, which made an easy get away to:

The Casino. a quick limo ride to Paleto Bay ended my new found Buzzard  'friend's' interest in going the distance lol

I give away money from freemode and VIP missions. About to reach $30 million given away to random players. Makes me feel good.

I also love to grief griefers.

My most frequent is to give my heist cuts away or when I'm host, take the minimum. Rare I get issues when I'm giving 30% or more each, lol.

Also if I've got buddies looking to make money for an upcoming DLC and we get a good 2x on VIP work, MC contracts or contact missions, I'll do my thing while they're AFKing and make them a quick(ish) bit of cash to help for when new toys come.

And since I have a good haul of vehicles and aircraft, I let anyone that asks try before they buy.

Anytime I hear players getting wound up and angry at others because their business affairs get messed up, I just text/tell them how to get solo public lobbies. :)

Gta Online, freemode that is, is shoot on sight.

I didn't make that rule.

I was introduced to GTA0 like that.

Friends I made mostly thru heists and missions.

Nowadays when I'm too stoned to go into action like money grinding and whatnot but still wanna play, I go passive and to pro Bono rides with my vehicle.

Drive ANYONE anywhere.

Low ranks, griefers, really everyone who gets in.

I also always invite players, no matter their rank or participation on the job to my organization and get them some money

in my 360 days i used to rob a 24/7 store and gift the take to the lowest level player in the lobby sub (40), back in 2014 - 2015 money was hard to come by for low levels back then.

Every time I win a Freemode event, I gift the money to all the players in the lobby.

It's funny receiving messages from randoms asking "???" after receiving $500 out of the blue.

I walked into a 24 7 and bought an egochaser and politely left the premises without starting a hold up or rouse only to get blown up not 2 minutes after that by a power hungry 12 year old

Occasionally, I offer my bounty to a low rank, imagining they might be new to the game and need some cash..
