Can't find an office to access laptop to get to disruption logistics. Have no bunker upgrades and haven't done any heist missions. I thought I could buy a bunker and start buying supplies. No stock,supplies meter on bottom right of screen. Probably something simple but I am about to break my ps4 and rage quit. Any ideas?
