problems with converted car

I converted a car from VC to SA but i have a few problems:

 

there is a white thing under the car and i don't know how to remove it, and also there is a strange reflection on the roof, on the hood and  in the interior

Seems to be missing textures. Would need to re-convert it as the textures are replaced by a default one after exporting. By looking at the sections without textures, it could be that uses generic textures from VC so you won't find them in the model's txd file.

Seems to be the shadow model. But could also be a badly made reflection map. Further testing is required. 

 

Focus on the white sections first ;)

i converted it a lot of times but sometimes when i spawned the car it crashed the game and there was no car, how do i give a texture to that white thing?

Once you have the model imported in your desired 3D modeller, use the textures from vehicle.txd file. There's a texture called "vehiclegeneric256", taht one can be used to cover the areas with white textures (missing textures).

I don't know where to put the texture, there's the interior and the chassis_vlo but if i put that "vehiclegeneric256" texture on that white thing it goes everywhere on the car

 

and do i need to put "vehiclegeneric256" also in the .txd file?

You need to edit the UV map to correctly fit the texture.

Not necessarily, the vehicle.txd file contains all of the shared textures. If a vehicle uses one of those textures, and can't find it in its respective txd file, it will look it in the shared textures file 😉
