RDR2 had the map and a reddit leak with juicy details leak before the game was announced. GTA V also had leaks.

 

Riddle Man didn't leak anything.

RDR2/GTA VI had the exact same leak as GTA V, 6 years prior!

This could be nothing. Just a coincidence, just because something turned out to be true one time, does not mean it is every time. But it's certainly making me re-evaluate things...

Again, this was before the game was announced if memory serves. The part about Rockstar head honchos not being impressed with the game was also true.

I never understood why are kids saying this. I mean, we need VI as a brand new game, not mixture of old games. And believe me VCS atmosphere is far better (ps2) than VC. Plus, V has everything regarding the customisation and even more than San Andreas. And let's not forget that IV physics is one side of extreme.

I've been very skeptical of Rockstar releasing anything but I've been thinking about it recently. Jorge Consenjo supposedly started motion capture in 2014. Rockstar updated the GTAVI.com domain recently seperately from their website renewal dates. On the Take-Two earnings call they mentioned that they have news on one of their biggest franchises "In the coming months" which was mentioned seperately from the Hangar-13 upcoming title. The superbowl vice city tease which of course could be completely unrelated (I think it's unrelated) but still lmao. The location scout scouting interiors in Miami (correct me if i'm wrong but interiors usually come later in a game's development right?). I definetly think an announcement is imminent and if it's not I'm fine with that as it will come one day, it will be incredible and god willing hopefully we will all be here to play it.

So it seems like R* already had a plan for April Fool’s... the snow in GTAO and RDO that appeared today makes me think we’re definitely not getting any resurrection of the preacher ...

Vice city stories is crazy good. Better than vice city for sure.

Resurrection is planned for April 2nd or 3rd

He was I think on reddit and his name was RedDeadInsider but he got attacked because people thought his leaks were fake so he deleted his account.

The map leaker was on a different forum just leaked the map without saying anything then disappeared

 Just finished reading and as a european who has never been to the US at all, I can safely say I was proven quite wrong about the potential in Vice City. I'm much more okay with it now. Still hope it's got a time progression aspect where it goes from the 80's to modern day, even though the guy brought up great points why it would work outside of the 80's.
