Could someone explain what's so significant about them not pinning their latest tweet? Don't usually look at Rockstar's Twitter.

I give mad respect to R* for Giving 5%, but I even bigger dick move (Which wouldn't happen in a million years) Could have been if they sneaked in GTAVI as one of the options in that post.

Rockstar unpinned their original tweet on twitter, posted a new tweet saying they are giving 5% of GTAOnline & RDR2Online sales from April 1st to end of May to the coVId-19 relief, and currently have no tweet pinned...

They usually pin important sh*t - They unpinned their previous really important tweet and currently have nothing pinned.

Excactly, so why not just pin their current new 5% tweet? They've left it unpinned and what ever they're planning to tweet/pin next must be HUGE to take precedent over the coVId stuff...

It's just a tweet, it being pinned or not has no significance whatsoever. Seriously being like this for even a little new thing is not healthy.

Yeah it is odd that they haven't pinned this one. You would expect them to pin their next covid 19 tweet, but they haven't, ahh maybe its just for the april fools prank tomorrow.

I don't know if you get me, but I what I mean is, they pin it so it be visible at the front, but there's no need cuz it's the latest tweets and it's already in front, yet they can pin it after having another tweet.

I don't know how R* tweeting system work, so this is based on my own logic.

There is... a small glimmer of hope.

 

Maybe the Employee who tweeted the new Co(VI)d-19 message simply forgot to pin it and logged off for the night.

That sounds great and all, but I'm not sure how that would look to most people. Most people wouldn't even believe it since it was released on April 1st.

I don't know how R* tweeting system work, so this is based on my own logic.

As done before; they pin their tweets almost immediately if it is important. They don't wait to post another tweet to pin their important tweet.

The covid charitable gesture is not big. 5% is negligible and can easily be offset against tax liabilities and so on. 
 

R* might even be embarrassed at such a paltry offer from T2, given the magnitude of covid and the potential of GTAO Sharkcard profits. When viewed against what other companies are doing it’s almost worse than doing nothing at all - particularly when T2 is making massive profits from the millions of stuck-at-home folks right now.

I vaguely remember one time in the RDR2 pre-release days when they had no pinned tweet for a few days and it eventually was filled with RDR2 news.

 

But there's a lot of examples of where nothing interesting happens, so I wouldn't get yer hopes up.
