Trust me, the Northern Pacers were about as Miami as Moscow is.  Basically they're early 80's buses on train bogies, and about as remarkable.  The fact they stayed in service for 35 - 40 years is amazing, as they were supposed to be phased out around 05, but train operators always found a way to keep them in service.

In retrospect it was such a dumb decision to panic  and find a new name,while i do like the name saint denis more than new bourdeaux i dont think it was worth the effort,no one would seriously think mafia 3 and red dead are in the same universe,it would be just a  funny coincidence.
