@uNi, wouldn't it make more sense to go on EST time? In the case that @The Preacher has heard that something will happen on March 31, Rockstar uses EST time so they could still meet that date hours after it's already April in Scotland.

It's obvious that Rockstar interacts with this forum and other communities as well. It's one of the ways developers have to gauge interest for their future installments and it's features.

At least the guy is sensible. He said that GTA 6 won't be announced during the Corona pandemic and that it won't feature Tommy Vercetti (because R* won't mix HD and 3D era). 

These are things that any reasonable person should know even if it's not official.

But it's pretty late even in the us so an announcement is unlikely.

The thing is that Rockstar uses side games to test out features for GTA so it makes sense. MP3's engine went to GTAV
