We're mainly French/Creole influence but we DO have some English names. Heck go down to boys and "Stevenson" is common at #4.

However, I don't think this leak is real because it claims its only southern Florida while many claim South America or Mexico will be apart of it. HOWEVER.... The leaker does claim to have posted his Rockstar id. We'll have to see. You most likely may be right.

That could easily be faked, you just print out something with a rockstar logo and put it into the id case

It was me actually. Yan just tweeted my post. But people know him, so he gets credited lol

And I didn't prove it was real, I just found evidence that gave credence to its legitimacy. It's still possible it's fake.

RDR2 map leaks in high enough quality to read placenames in random colours and a sh*tty font.

 

GTA VI pics "leak" in such detail you can't tell the difference between a human being and a skyscraper.

 

I actually mucked about once with my phone camera trying to see how easy it is to take a clear pic of a monitor while trying to be subtle. It was easier to take a clear, good quality picture than it was to take a photo that was a blurry mess. I also only have years old second hand phones (cause new phones are a rip off), so no latest models and cameras or anything.

 

Also, again, any text leak that's a literal essay is fake. Anything that reads like fanfiction.net material is fake.

which is why I’m so dumbfounded when people here, on twitter, Reddit, etc. don’t automatically dismiss that bullsh*t. 
 

You just know when a leak is authentic. I remember the RDR2 map leaked and lots of people called fake due to the quality of the image but it had Rockstar written all over it to me

This exactly. That whole thing does have some legitimacy, but it doesn't confirm anything.

Wasn't a particularly convincing argument at the time though lol. I remember being very skeptical of it too.

 

Then someone clocked one of the map names in a screenshot, it was on the side of a wagon in the Heartlands if I recall correctly, and then the proof just started rolling in with every trailer and screenshot.

I just don't think it would be interesting. Most people want Vice City because of the nostalgia of GTA VC, obviously a new GTA set there wouldn't be in the '80s, so what does it have to offer that other cities wouldn't have? Not much in my opinion. I'd rather have something new and fresh, like Chicago or Detroit for example.

The first thing people spotted, if I'm not mistaken was Tallulah jetty. It matched up with RDR1.
