People like to hate on Ubisoft but I love how they've stopped numbering their games and gone with subtitles instead. It makes the milking less obvious.

I believe that if they go for a strong updatable structure, it can be updated with each new generation of consoles/hardware. They can just add to it.

There are infinite numbers. And when the time span between each gta is so long, i get exited by the thought that its the next in the series. If its called anything other, i will first tend to think its some sort of spinn-off. But thats just me.

I hope we will see GTA 3888. Then we could witness GTA with the longest roman numeral title. GTA MMMDCCCLXXXVIII

I got a feeling franklin is in gta 6, since gta 5 released he hasnt worked anywere else.

Rockstar had it's scouting teams in Miami not long ago . Yan saying Gta Vi is probably not gonna be in Vice city Doesn't mean sh*t .

yeah...that seems odd that they haven't used Franklin in any DLC when they used Ron, Trevor and a couple others....but then again they haven't used Micheal either....but he's retired from doing stuff like that. so yeah idk

Or..... It be like Fable, Bloodborne/Dark Souls, Scarface the World Is Yours, Godfather 2, Witcher 3, Assassins Creed 2, Destiny, etc where the map will bet divided in two loading regions. Like you will need to use an airport(or cruise ship) to access the South American map from Vice City? 

 

With RDR 1 it didn't need the second option because Mexico was right at the bottom of the map. If R goes with option 1 then they have to include the Caribbean too imo at least one or two islands because you're skipping an ENTIRE region. This is if they are doing VC/South America and not VC/Mexico.

In the GTA Universe the rules don't really follow. Vice City, Liberty City, Los Santos/San Andreas are islands.

Though I would ideally love to have two Caribbean Islands maybe based Jamaica & Cuba, Im not sure that's actually going to happen. But if we remember the lady that worked at R* she had two badges one of Colombia and one of Jamaica so I would assume Bogota and Kingston would be the main cities to feature if these badges really do indicate anything which they might not. 

But It would make a lot sense for a Vice City based game to feature both. I would imagine the MC would have to go to Colombia to bring Cocaine into Vice City and Jamaica to bring Marijuna . If it does follow this route, I'm sure the first place you would visit would be Jamaica and then later when you're bigger player in the drug world you unlock Colombia so you can start to bring over the Cocaine.

Rumors and leaks recently increased about the GTA 6 game and increased its pace with the Rockstar update of the official website of the series last month, this made the players cling to hopes, but the journalist Jason Nasty then invited them to lower the expectations ceiling.

Today, the actor Ned Luke joined the role of the character Michael in the fifth part, where he talked about the need for players not to believe anything published about the sixth part. He said that the leaks tell us that the new game will happen in Vice City, wondering, how did they know this? Where did they get their information from? He called on the players not to believe everything they see online. The actor said that these rumors are spreading to attract people's attention and all we have to do is wait for the official announcement from Rockstar itself.

Well, his words may be correct, but not at all times the leaks are incorrect. For example, we had heard rumors about the second part of Red Dead 2 years before the official announcement of the project.

We recall that one of the analysts had expected that the GTA 6 game will be launched sooner than we anticipated, and the next generation devices will follow.

What makes you think that he knows anything? I mean, they are voice actors, but they aren’t developers of the game. 
 

You are free to believe or not all those rumors. But I don’t think R* it’s developing GTA V SP DLC when they didn’t even add the MP cars to SP. 

 

Its more reasonable to think that GTA VI it’s in development. Vice City, Carcer City or Narcos City it’s not an issue yet. The day we will have an announcement, that day we will know where it’s located.
