Adrian J. Posted March 29, 2020 Share Posted March 29, 2020 I have an issue with it on PS3, it just doesn't appear. On PS4 it's always there with that woman, I even started a new game and nothing. At first I thought it wasn't even available on PS3 but I've seen videos of people on last gen riding it. Any solutions? Sometimes the event didn t spawn also for me, sleep and come back solved the issue... Posted March 30, 2020 Author Share Posted March 30, 2020 (edited) The wiki says it spawns from 7am to 7pm, believe me I tried driving back and forth a significant distance so it could spawn. Even found one riding in Richman so I kept following it thinking it will go to the starting point only to find out it never stops driving, either that or the almighty LSPD starts chasing someone and everyone loses their minds and scrambles in fear, including the bus. Tried saving and reloading, or you mean sleep as in go to bed, not actually saving so the time passes. Saving so the time passes, or the first option I mentioned. Edited March 31, 2020 by Adrian J.
