One of the "Maltese Falcon" hidden packages is oozing pure white cocaine. The hidden packages are the 20kg of cocaine that was lost at the start. As someone already said I think it appears after the last storyline mission. Wonder what the packages in GTA 3 were, I never cared to find out. I don't think they were anything. Just packages. What a good way to distribute cocaine. I knew that the hidden packages had cocaine in them, and that 20KG was lost in the deal, but never joined the two events. Meh. Anyone that has ever seen a movie dealing with drugs, they are wrapped just like that, white plastic with brown tape cross.
