They recently updated their website, a month or two ago. Similar to what Rockstar did. Just got a facelift.

So GTA V was released in 2011, it came out in 2013, two years later, now its 2020, instant gaming shows us that GTA VI is coming in 2022, it could be possible that GTA VI will be announced this year. That's my opinion.

We had the casting call leak and lots of people in the industry hinted that it would be announced soon. 
There’s usually lots of smoke leading to fire and there’s always some smoke leading up to rockstar game announcements. Like the map leak w rdr2 and the reddit AmA leak

As said, instant is irrelevant. It also lists Half-Life 3 for 2022.
