About this dude, I think he is fake, just look at the followings, the only actual person he follows is a 15 yrs old boy (which I think he's), the rest are 'GTA 6 leaks/rumors' accounts and the official R* Twitter. Also, he redirected an image of R* HTML Code saying it's happening, but, in fact the image is edited and fake.

He's saying that he works at home, but at the same time he can't take a clean screenshot of the contents he's working on. Does this make sense?

As a massive AAA epic game, I think you might be right. But I'm pretty sure there will be spin-offs, sidelines, miniseries, franchises, processions of endless DLCs way off into the horizon. And possibly some new religions too.
