A more accurate comparison, although in this instance it's impossible to tell, would be to check if the logo has the emboss effect.

 

But... since we haven't seen the official logo yet, who knows it may be different anyway. But you're probably right. Good work, anyway.

Exactly, also if i would draw a random rockstar games logo, first stuff comes to my mind is guns, drugs, robberies etc. Not a hummingbird. We cant be sure ofc but that artwork might belong to an artist hired by rockstar for further logo and social media updates
