Not a real evidence. If he wan ex-employee that still doesn't guarantee he knows every detail about GTA VI. Also if he has connection to someone in R* then he could have asked the said connection to take a screenshot of this (in case this is in R* offices) I find it strange that there are 0 other images of this art online.

Edit: seeing how this is on an actual employees page he could have just printed it.

He doesnt say he's an ex.... He only told he was involved with VI in 2015. He says he now works from home due to COVID

The thing that made the fake GTA V logos at the time clear was the fact that Rockstar turned the numeral green.

 

I wonder if they'll revert to norm or have a colour this time.
