the only GTA in Europe outside of UK that i'd want is a prequel to IV with Niko in the Eastern Bloc's in the 90s

Berlin around the 90s imo. One of the gangs could be heavily inspired by the Turkish gang 36 Boys if the story was to be based on drug trafficking.

That wouldv'e made a fantastic DLC for GTA IV. Or a mini movie, like San Andreas' Introduction.

Moscow is too messy in terms of design, but interesting in terms of diversity, it has everything from European like districts to blunt Soviet Union history. I would go for Spain - Germany combo, one part more ground and sunny, and other rocky and cold.

Venecia, Barcelona, Amsterdam there are a lot of cool cities for a gta

Yep, Venecia would be very Romantic and small for a gta for example just the opositte that a gta should be.

Kind of. But that was in a much smaller and simpler PS2 game in 2002, that didn't really go in depth into it.

By the way, if GTA VI sets in Vice City, we will probably won't see mountains, I expect beaches or lakes to replace them.
