2 Protagonist (2 Males or 1 male and 1 female) in the drug business
2 Big cities and 1 like "Guarma - North Yankton" (Liberty City/Las Venturas - Vice City and maybe Cuba or Colombia) set in the 80s-90s
Car mechanics: a combination between GTA IV and GTA V, a "weapon wheel" style for the car only, where yo can control the radio, wipers, windows, etc, and also you can tune the car (a new Los Santos Customs), but in a mayor level (seats, type of suspension, parts of the engine, etc)
Fight mechanics; like RDR 2, but a little bit polished, it was amaizing (for me it was awensome)
Guns: Add what could already be customized in GTA V and then we can customize them more (type of cannon for example) and a weapon wheel like RDR 2
Environment: Similar to RDR 2, depending on where it is (Vice or LC), people, music, culture, changing, depends where you are
Animals: The variety of vegetation and animals as in RDR 2, was spectacular

im a saudi that lives in saudi arabia, there are virtually no drugs here as the government is doing a pretty good job stopping it from entering the country

I think a prologue set in El Paso in the 80s would really work. Kinda takes a lot of inspiration from No Country for Old Men. Then eventually the main character moves from El Paso to Vice City. Although it kinda seems very similar to GTA V's prologue with just one character. Except this character wouldn't be working with the federal government.

Let's theorize that it will be set in Europe but not in the UK. What cities would they set it in then? I would assume Moscow or Paris but would be cool to see them underrated/underrepresented cities.

Sicily, Naples in 1950-70, or Moscow in the 90s. Both good for some mob story
