A lot of open interiors, time progression from 80's to modern day. Limited weapon arsenal, personal vehicles beining important with storing weapons or people in the trunk etc. Other city than just Vice City, or no Vice City at all. More serious tone, overall more grounded GTA with less cop rampages and sh*t.

Yeah, it's all in my thread. Someone called "reddeadinsider" leaked it on reddit. An obvious bullsh*t name and fake, right? lol

 

the original reddit post was removed, so I don't know the exact date it was originally posted

Map leaked on neogaf/resetera/whatever was called at the time. It's unknown who the op was.

I personally imagine it was a disgruntled employee, after the whole Leslie Benzies situation. A lot of people left with him. Nothing like that had ever happened before, so it kinda' fits. And yeah, it was neogaf. I still have the link.

I finally created an account here after lurking for some years finding help regarding Mods and other stuff. Obviously I also read this topic with some attention even if I have always found the Scottish guy's credibility a bit too hyped. Many of the things he "leaked" were actually all there to see, specially in regards to the PC release of RDR2.

With that being said all these noobs crying for his ban when they only created an account days ago is amusing to see. The guy actually is a normal participant outside his Riddles, unlike you guys that just came here off Reddit and Twitter frenzy. So do us, like the Moderators said, a favor and move there again and cry as much as you want. This is a videogame at the end of the day, an hobby, not something you should get so altered about.

Regarding what I expect from the game when it eventually gets announced. I hope it's in Vice City. It's about time it gets a great representation in the HD universe. They did a great job, back in the day, recreating it in a very short span. But with the technology we have today, it's gonna be infinite times better and I truly hope that If they go for the drugs theme again, they do something similar to Narcos. GTA V's story gets a bit too goofy at times so I hope picking a serious topic as the theme erases that.

I remember people not having much faith (hehe, what a coincidence) in the studio after that. Surely it was a developer... wonder if they ever cought him.

I didn't remember if it was neogaf or resetera since the two sites split not too long ago, and maybe the split happened before the leak lol
