No, it's native 4K on X1X. It's just not native on PS4 Pro. On PC it's different, it's like running at 3840x2160 on medium settings, whereas on PC you'd expect ultra.

I think you misread the child part, i believe it has to be read like : ''God loves all his children'', as in the Believers are his children.
