It only means they plan the times they announce things to make sure they cover as wide an area as possible. Announce too early and everyone is still in bed asleep in America, Announce too late and people have gone to bed in Europe. Also, it's the exact opposite of marketing, to announce or advertise something where and when people expect it least. You want your announcement to be caught be people, to be noticed. You don't want to catch people out and have them miss it, just so you can say "bet you weren't expecting that". That's dumb. Look at this forum, Twitter, reddit, even 4chan, right now. Everyone is looking and waiting. Rockstar aren't about to announce something specifically based on surprising anyone. At this point, that's impossible if everyone is expecting it each and every day.

Remember Jon Gravelli, the Don of the Gambetti crime family from GTA IV?

I just did a random encounter in GTA V where you save Antonia Bottino from being buried alive.

While driving her to her destination, she mentions that her father is Sammy Bottino, Jon Gravelli's right hand.

She also mentions that his father "more or less kind of ran the East Coast in the eighties and nineties", which pretty much confirms that he will make some sort of appearance in GTA VI, if the "Project Americas" leak is true.

Now what is interesting is that Jon Gravelli was voice acted by Madison Arnold, which according to his IMDb page, also played Tavish Gray in Red Dead Redemption II. Is it safe to assume that he is still working for Rockstar, and that the Gambetti family will play a major role in the game?
