Did you expect anything today? It's Rockstar Games, they want to have that surprise moment, they were teasing RDR 2 on Sunday, they wouldn't do the same thing with GTA VI, it would be too obvious.

In his posts which may seem funny and pointless at times (Scottish accent, interesting choices of words etc.) there is a truth, there is a deeper, more serious note to it, it's not just for a mere entertainment of us. He is a Preacher, after all

Considering people have been eagerly awaiting news for the past 12-14 months, going forward, people will be hoping/expecting news every day of the week. Therefore by that logic it would be impossible to surprise anyone. Rockstar will just do what they want, when they chose to do it. Surprising us won't have anything to do with it.

He means that he does not write direct facts like the date of the game or some information, he tries to make a mystery so that we can solve it, so it is more interesting

It's Scottish dialect typed phonetically. It's quite common up there and Brits will see it a lot if they use Twitter.
