But yea, the GTA V leaks weren't provable until we had actual confirmation, the RDR2 reddit leak wasn't properly confirmed until launch, the map leak took a few trailers and a few screenshots to confirm it's legitimacy (names from the map appeared in screens).

 

This is why my policy on Rockstar leaks these days is to not disbelieve anything, we could very well have legit GTA VI leaks out there we just have no way of knowing if they are real yet.

Yeah, that's why I've made an effort to document all the alleged 'leaks' that I can. It's fun looking back, once it's released, seeing what was true and what wasn't.

Considering the fact that GTA IV released in April 2008, 3 and a half years before the first GTA V trailer... not even taking into account when that image was created during development. It may have been there since 2006 or 2007.

Perhaps it's just a visual Rockstar liked and wanted to replicate. You can hardly call an image of the parodied Hollywood sign proof. It's a world famous landmark, so it's bound to be seen more often than other landmarks.

Rockstar knew they were going to make gta in los Santos after Gta 4 .

No, I have never seen the GTA V Trailer, thanks. 

 

For the last time, there are numerous references to their other games in every single one of their games. You guys just pick the ones that fit the idea that they were referencing their future games and ignore the others. Maybe some of them indeed were references to future games, I wouldn't know. It's just annoying how a lot of you are assuming that everything they do is somehow connected to GTA 6.
