Tbh he could be legit. He's put that he's a Rockstar NY Post-Production video editor as his title, and he's been on since 2010 and he's barely tweeted anything, so it's not like he's trying to fake it and show fake leaks and stuff like that. He's remained pretty silent.

Think about it. DLC = So they wouldn't spend a lot of money for an upgraded engine. You have the base ready and just add stuff. They will maximise profits that way. /s

These are much smaller titles when compared to GTA. GTA requires a much more precisive marketing campaign. It's a big title with lots of money and investors involved.

Just my personal thoughts.

March 31st is the end of Take Two's fiscal year. They start Fiscal year 2021 on April 1st. It would look better on the balance sheet if an announcement came after April 1st.

A: It’s difficult to do without revealing confidential information. But if you’ve got any suggestions I’m listening.

A: 1 Protagonist, not sure about his name. US, around 70-80s. It’s a fictional city set to be in the us.

 

Q: East Coast?

A: Most likely yes. Not too sure. The promos only feature cinematic shots over cities and revolving characters.

 

Q: Considering the project name is “Project Americas” as you confirmed, does this mean we will see multiple countries represented in GTA VI such as the rumoured Colombia?

A: Not too sure about that one either. One promo does feature an airplane flying over the virtual camera. So that could be a possibility. But if that was the case I’d think they wanted us to create videos from the other locations as well. Which I haven’t been asked to do (yet) But that could be something another department is working on or something.

Q: Just the one trailer in the works so far then?

A: Correct. At least in my department.

Q: Considering Rockstar sent all of their staff home and you said you are still working in the new trailer, how does this work with a team of people?

A: It doesn’t really impact much since we’re all told exactly what to do since Rockstar knows exactly what they want already. So we don’t need to have any dialogs.

I buy it tbh because on his Twitter it's not like he's tried to show off and post fake leaks and stuff like that, he's been on since 2010 and barely posted a thing. All it says is his job title at Rockstar, there's no reason to fake that if you don't gain anything from it, he only has a few followers. He's remained on the down low.

I said this a few weeks ago. They could Release a huge map expansion with 2 new cities and a whole new single player campaign and keep your current GTA online character as it merges in.

I don't think he's going to get banned. Everything he's said is open to interpretation. He could be talking about GTA, or he could be talking about Netflix, or ice cream, Irn Bru, or whatever.

He just took an old account, changed his avatar, bio etc. and then probably came on GTAForums to get us onto him.

 

I'd imagine the first one who mentioned him to us here, is him actually.

That guy is 100% fake.

 

Also he is intentionally vague about things, as to when an announcement actually happens he can still be considered a leaker, despite him being a fraud.

It'd be pretty easy to get away with that if you worked in that job. You could create an account that's not your real name and just not give away too much information
