What tweet are people talking about? Is it the gameplay that looks like a women? Animations and scene don't line up, looks like two blended layers of footage.

Admins I have a question for you if you're kind to answer.Take what the scotish guy said apart and all other fake leaks and rumors.Do you honestly think that GTA VI could be announce this year? It is not too soon? I mean RDR2 for pc was just released.You are in this universe for a long time and you know more than some of us.

We had that massive prototype/codename storyline with all the actual characters just with different names leak.

I'd love to see 90s LC with Dwayne Forge at the height of his empire. He used to run uptown. Apartments full of money, owning the Triangle club and dealing with Cherise, Jayvon, and a young Playboy X. 

 

It could even work as a two protagonist game in two different eras. The 90s and 2004. In the 90s you play as Dwayne in 2004 you play as Playboy X.

 

The second part of the game would take place sometime in The 00's when Playboy X assumes leadership of the gang and takes it in a new direction.

The game could show how Dwayne's friends change over time. Jayvon, Cherise, Playboy, and how they change. Jayvon going from one of Dwaynes best friends to being an informant and selling him out. Cherise being loyal to Dwayne then cheating on him. Playboy's relationship with Dwayne having him as a mentor and then not visiting him in prison. How Dwayne gets the Triangle club and then Playboy X handing it over to the Trunchez brothers.

 

Getting to explore LC in two different eras 90's /00's Seeing the city change over time like the WTC being there and then getting replaced with ground zero. Controversial yes but as long as it's handled with respect it could work.

Don't mean to be rude or anything but why in the world would anyone think, that it's too early for an announcement? Isn't it quite late?

 

I mean porting RDR2 to PC probably employed totally different teams than the ones you need for a fresh project. They were able to start developing GTA VI maybe a year after the developement of RDR2 started. It's not consecutive, it's parallel at some point early in developement.

Looking at it again, this is 120% real life footage as the background, but grainy and distorted as all hell so it LOOKS fake with a random character overlayed with a walking animation. The reason it looks so janky is because the view that the walking animation was taken at is static, so even if the animations are right relative to where that character would be moving in its original location, its completely off when overlayed onto this footage

I wonder if that's actually real life footage with a character placed into the video, or something like The Crew but someones recorded it from photomode and that's an NPC.

Very interesting. I feel like this should have been a DLC for IV and I am not sure whether R* would make a GTA where two central characters are already well known. Regardless I would love to see this.

I mean look, literally ANYTHING is possible right now for Rockstar to do. Being a realist, I really dont think anything is going to be announced this month. If something is announced then id be absolutely thrilled but I just dont think its wise for people to get their hopes up as of current. I think all this stuff from the Scot is bs and I think the mods are letting him off the hook until March is over because hes been reliable in the past and dont want to ban him in the case that he is telling the truth.
