Shloka35 0
My friend keeps telling me that it's impossible to find all the bones without any help from Internet. But in my opinion, out of 29 million people who bought this game, there have to be at least few people that have done it, without any use of help. Is there anyone on this forum who has done it, or do you know someone who has? Thanks!
StyxTx 2,342
I did. It takes a lot of patience, not rushing through the game. Same with the other stuff, dreamcatchers, rock carvings, Easter eggs. The graphics in the game made me want to see every place I could go. I did a lot of slow walking with the horse. It took me close to a year to get through the game, playing at least 6 hours a day, but it was worth it.
cp1dell 2,963
Incredibly difficult, but the fact that they are marked in Eagle Eye would probably make it easier. I've never been a fan of Rockstar's countless collectibles that rely on you using a third-party map, or even an official map from an in-game website or Social Club. I really wish they would just go ahead and adopt the Bully Scholarship Edition style where completing a certain task adds the blips to your map. It works because you still need to complete something in the game to get the blips, and also they only give you a general location anyways.
Peckinpah 90
I found 8 without actively looking for them, I was just moseying around. However I used a video to find the rest. I reckon it is doable, actually thinking on it now I wish I hadn't used a video and just came across the rest of them myself on my travels. Would have been much more satisfying. Dying 50
Even if you make a 2nd playthrough and remember some of the locations, it takes several hours to find all. Some bones are really hidden on mountains (mostly on a covered platform) or the one in a small cave, that you won't spot it with eagle eye if you not accidentally very close to that spot. Please also note that there is an official game guide with all spots. If you ask me a lot of youtube channels used it for the videos. Without any help and playing the whole thing the first time, you will need one month for one quest for sure.
t-p-d-a 218
it's off topic but for GTA Vice City i had no official guide or internet but i was able to find all hidden figures. I play alot GTA Vice City and it took me many playthroughs.. i marked it all on the map, which comes with the game. GTA San Andreas was the first game, which i used the official guide. For GTA IV I used YouTube for the first time, same with GTA V. I think we players are spoiled with the internet. I didn't want to use the Internet for RDR2, I wanted to find out everything myself. But somehow I was too impatient again and used YouTube. I hate me!. For GTA 6 I want to solve everything without YouTube. Just like before, in a time without internet. That's my challenge! Yes, but please compare GTA VC map size with GTA V or RDR2. It was much less space to search for this things.

Adrenalist 682
I’ve approached it this way since I’ve acquired the game a year ago. I’ve yet to go past the opening of Ch 2. I’m still searching and discovering. There’s something so rewarding about finding everything on your own. Last night I found the LVL 10 explorer challenge prize and it was immensely entertaining. Beyond that though, familiarizing oneself with the entire territory of a game gives the missions a vastly different feel. The only thing foreign to you then are the missions themselves, which allows you to really pay attention to and enjoy them while not having to absorb anything else. While there is no right or wrong way, I tend to enjoy not having to look at directions/instructions. In this case one could argue that it results in massive amounts of poor time management.... of which I would vehemently disagree.
