Fugitive mini game (hide and seek, but better)

I came up with a mini game you can try in GTA Online with a friend. This is no job you load up but a free roam game mode (private session recommended). A fugitive is on the run for the cop, if you are the fugitive you get a one hour headstart where you have to get new clothes and a new haircut to look as much as possible like a NPC pedestrian. The cop then has to try and find you by looking at the map only once an hour.  Note that the minimap and playertag are disabled for both players.

The cop has 12 hours to find the fugitive or the fugitive wins. 

Additional rules:

- the cop is not allowed to kill or hurt npc's.

- the fugitive is not allowed to use any sort of vehicle

- the fugitive has to remain on foot the whole game.
