How cockstar set up the game, it basically takes a few years just to break even. Ironically you make more money doing missions and heist (the biggest payouts).

You don't need friends, i play solo just like you did, do you have terrorbyte and buzzard? If yes then grind this method Client Jobs > VIP work > Client jobs, it pays like the top tier I/E car 80k without having to resource vehicle to paleto bay and paying the damage while chased by the blue sultans

After that you can join some 2x events and grind again after the event, fun and grind at the same time 😎

Special cargo and Vehicle cargo takes too much time

Same here. I always end up in empty sessions, don't know why.

Anyhow, I have a Oppressor MkII (with missiles) and a Terrorbyte (with the vehicle bay for the MkII), so this is what I do:

  1. park the Terrorbyte near to a CEO warehouse.
  2. Do a CEO crate mission.
  3. Do the diamond robbery mission. Just fly there (it's the usual diamond store from the story mode mission) and shoot everybody (much faster than scouting the place with the drone!) and then fly north (high, so police won't see you) and deliver the diamonds.
  4. Back to the Terrorbyte and start another CEO create mission.
  5. Back to the Terrorbyte and do the bank robbery mission.
  6. Repeat all over. Whenever there is a cooldown for both CEO crates and Paige missions, pop in a Headhunter mission, quick and easy and pays fairly well.

Once per day (real life day, not GTA day):

  • pop into the casino and play the wheel. It might give you some cash or even the car. 1/20 as probability for 50K or the car is not bad.
  • if you have a nightclub: check to see how much wares you have to sell. You already have some MC business and the bunker, so it slowly fills up (on its own, no action required from your side!).

Why CEO crates:

  1. You can sell 27 crates with two Barricades and 111 crates with three Barricades. If you are in an empty solo session, that is easily doable. The most important is to increase the armour of the delivery plane. If you see helicopters, land quickly and shoot down the buggers with a homing missile. The plane armour is very important! Otherwise you risk losing all the crates. The others are not so important, if you remember to start sell missions in (almost) empty sessions.
  2. Most supply missions are really easy, especially if you have an Oppressor MkII. In comparison, vehicle supply missions spawn very aggressive and heavily armed NPCs with machine guns and helicopters. You can use a Cargobob, but on average it is quite risky.
  3. No need to upgrade the warehouse.
  4. The business never get attacked. As MC president, you need to defend your business in regular intervals. Those are missions that simply cost time and don't give you any money.

Why the Terrorbyte:

  • The Paige missions pay well
  • You can start CEO crate, vehicle, bunker and hangar supply missions right from inside the vehicle, rather than travelling back to the office or bunker or hangar each time. I park it near to your warehouse to reduce travel time.
  • Each time you enter the Terrorbyte with the Oppressor, it will fill up the missiles.

Furthermore, all these missions (CEO missions and Paige missions) can be started directly, no loading time like contact missions.

As you have the CEO office, I can strongly recommend that you save up for a vehicle warehouse - as that will be your main money-maker as a solo player (up to 80k profit per top-range car).

Just keep any standard or mid-range cars you source (unless completely desperate for cash at some point) - and sell any top-range cars you get.  once your warehouse is half-full, you will ONLY source top-range cars.

There's about a 15 minute cool-down between car sale missions, but you could source & sell a car, then do a cargo mission followed by VIP work - and by then enough time may have passed for you to either do another vehicle source & sale or another cargo mission (followed by the vehicle) - and of course, you can mix up the runs with the MC work.

Bunker - buy supplies once (75k) from empty.  Once its gone (2.5hrs) sell product.  Always 1 vehicle.  I wouldnt steal cargo.  You could do other stuff like VIP missions and make your money back AND more in the time it would take to fill up supplies stealing.

Office - a) import/export warehouse.  If you store 10 standard and 10 mid range cars (no dupicates) you only source top (80k per 20min).  When you sell,  park car when enemies spawn,  get out,  kill them all THEN sell.

b) buy a special cargo warehouse. Start small or go big.  More cargo you sell in one sale more money its worth (large gets you 2.2mil when full).  I usually fill a warehouse to 78 crates and leave it until 2x$ and do other stuff.

MC - dont do this solo.  You need friends homie.  You could leave counterfeit running (no resupplies or sales),  go to your nightclub and assign a tech to that business and the nightclub will make money from that business but I'm not sure if the daily fees for keeping it running are more than what the club makes form it.  You need coke and meth to see real $ from MC.

Nightclub - you only need the speedo van and 1-2 floors of space.  You dont need more unless you just want it.  As mentioned above you can sell MC stuff through your club.  Best 5 techs to have is Import/export, warehouse cargo, coke, meth and countefeit.  Sell whenever any tech is finished dont wait for them all to finish or else you'll have techs sitting around not making money. Business battles help speed up cargo production.  Also, sell special orders when they pop up.

I primarily focus on import/export the most and tend to the other businesses during the cooldowns since they work in the background but if the double$ event is say Special Cargo,  VIP work or Terrorbyte missions they become the main focus and everything else comes after.  Hope this helps.

I'd say you need move your bunker to Sandy Shores then upgrade it. After that it works well. Depending of your skills buy or steal supplies (upgraded bunker limit for one vehicle sale is $175K), do some missions (preferable x2), participate in heists or go AFK for 2.5 hrs. Then sell bunker stock for 250K. If you do like a couple of missions and maybe get invites in somebody else setups or heists you'll make $300-500K a day depending of your luck. after you have enough money, buy a Night Club. Since you have 2 businesses already, NC will start generate money on background. Slowly add businesses to NC, buy upgrades and keep selling NC stock. If you don't have much time to play, you can be AFK most of the time when bunker and NC work for you. To be AFK safe you need to make sure you're not register as CEO or MC President first. Then start an easy contact mission and go to your garage or apartment and watch TV. That was you won't be kicked for being idle and you're out of reach of modders or players wanted to kick you.  You can do it overnight for instance. Then next day, finish contact mission or got yourself killed and quit mission, then do quick sale for bunker and Night club. This way you'll get about half mil a day with minimum efforts. And of course try not to miss regular sales, bonuses which R* throws every Thursday.
