Why are there no rampages for the Sindaccos, Yardies and the Hoods?

There is a friggin rampage for the Leone Family, 2 rampages for the Colombians and the Yakuza and none for the Sindaccos, Yardies and the Hoods? Pretty meh choice. If you were to write up a couple of custom rampages, what would they be? Also, if you were to write some more custom ones with other gangs, peds etc. feel free to write too! :P

Maybe because these 3 gangs have important role for III and LCS? Toni involves Leone, Claude involves the Cartel, and both have a Yakuza supporting character. I don't know.

 

Anyway, if I could write a custom rampage, it would be like "Kill 50 Sicilian Mafia members with M4 in 3 minutes."

It's just a waste opportunity that the Sicilians only appear in the few missions when they look like classic American Mafia.

for the sindaccos, they will dissipear after the mission dead reckoning

and a player could do that rampage AFTER that mission, and they will never spawn

because after that mission, they will never ever spawn

but for the yardies/hoods, they don't exist at the beginning of the game

or after unlocking staunton/shoreside vale

and for me

i'd require the leone suit for the chainsaw rampages -to reference leatherface-

and change the leone rampage weapon from shotgun to chainsaw

and make the peds rampage kill count higher

ex: the chainsaw rampage in staunton will change to

kill 50 peds with a chainsaw in 3 minutes

same for the shoreside vale chainsaw rampage

simply, i'd just make Toni's rampages even more evil >:)

toni is also the only protagonist with rampages against civilians. so it feeds his psychotic character

Not really, Claude also has civilian rampages.
