Search for the latest WIP Build, it's the JAN2018 one, the links have been posted again recently.

 

And yes we have a target for the next WIP Build if there's still no VCS Mobile, but don't expect it soon not expect any massive changes, the next one is just fixes and converting stats for things like vehicles and weapons (handling, damage, etc) so they'll feel like they do in VCS rather than close guessing like they do now.

I dont know of this bug/glitch was reported but if you activate the cheat PROFESSIONALKILLER it give you weapon stats full but the animations are broken

Dont report Glitches related to cheats, SA cheats were not meant to be used by the player.

Once VCS Mobile comes out hopefully missions will start to go under development. The idea is to convert ALL missions. So yes

Have you done the following...

 

1) Deleted dsound.dll

2) Deleted gta_vcsd.set from your GTA Vice City Stories User Files folder

3) Started the game fresh after that and set your new options

How did you install this? Just extracted to a new folder right?

Yes, I've extracted it to a clean folder, as you guys stated it's standalone build.

Hahahahahaha ok man, but like i said i'm new here, and I started following the topic since previous page, and yeah, i mentioned SORRY for being annoying.

dsound.dll and dsound.ini is the only corrupted file that makes the VCS PC Edition got have minidumps

Still crashes no matter what I do. I gotta wait until the new build arrives. ;/

its the dsound.dll and dsound.ini was was in the VCS PC Edition directory that causes minidump after you opened gta-vcs.exe.

Mine runs perfectly fine. You should try that.

dsound.dll and dsound.ini is completely deleted from game folder, yet the game still crashes, so it's not it. It's something else. And the game is crashing when pressing New Game in menu, not when launching the executable.

Text was because I was redoing them and forgot to finish off some additional characters (most of that is done now). Missions because, well, we've been crystal clear on why the f*ck there's no more missions.
