So since things are quiet I decided to have a play around with some scripts and I've always liked the idea of a GTAV-esque dynamic soundtrack, so I've put a test of that into VCS PC, you can watch the

Yes, I know. I only use windows defender, but I turn it off and put the game folder into an exception.

 

 

Did you place all the files into another Vice City Stories game folder or it's own game folder?

No, it didn't change anything.

 

Might I suggest you should play the application with Run As Administrator, this can help also.

 

@Ash_735 I'm not sure if you'll know anything about this but do you know how to obtain all the other outfits for Victor in-game? The files are there it's just that replacing SA peds is a bit of a hassle sometimes - ahem, crashes, ahem - and I can see that the files go like Vice City since you have plyr - plyr15 files.

 

Are there peds in-game that specifically use these models? Like when you change clothes it switches to the next model which would be like a ped with a specific Victor outfit but it doesn't spawn with pedestrians? But like I could still change to that same ped model through a skin changer?

Small question, is there a (specific) way to install cleo or Silent's ASI loader on the January build? I tried to install both but i still end up with an error message related to vorbishookup or something like that. I'm trying to get a car spawner to check out the newest vehicles :/

This comes with an ASI loader really, and there's a version of Cleo that works enough for spawners.

Does anyone have certain mission saves available to download or know of where I could find some? I've found "100% saves" around the interwebz but none as far as a single mission.

How do I pass the ''Fear the Repo '' Mission? At the end of the mission that I delivered the Van to the hideout , after the dialouge, suddenly just black screen then Fatal Error comes out. Anyone can help me here?

Don't play broken old build (2013, BETA 3) instead, use the Jan 2018 build this crash is not there.

Where did you download the mod from? That's a really old build.

So, Ive finally got the chance to play the latest build of the mod. At first, Ive had the same problem as many of you did - game was crashing, when I was pressing New Game. I managed to fix it, but in a rather... unexpected way. I ran the game on my OS X machine with Wine. And it works even better that on Windows. Ill post a video playthrough soon. Thank you, Ash, CP, Silent, Luten and all the guys.

I download already, so it's okay haha but I wonder what's the issue of the crash problem at the

O, Brothel, Where Art Thou mission? sometime I get 3 girls in the car then driving it to the brothel to pass the mission , then it crash and kept hapenning always. Like sometime it's picking up 1 or 2 girls then it crash.

This missions was never finished, so the crash is a normal thing.

Looks like it. Missions haven't been touched in a loooong time (and no VCS mobile may make that time even longer; missions are tough)

First of all, an amazing job for this release!

 

(VCSPC.DLL error: installing DirectX fixed it for me)

 

but I got a problem...
I download and extracted the game from google-drive and it works fine on my laptop.
But when I do exactly the same on my PC, the game crashes after I press "New Game".
Fatal Error minidump.
in VCSPC.log the last rule is: "Opcode 0352 called with params: 0 plr"
Is there something I do wrong?
Note:
my PC asks what Device I want to use:
Radeon TX 460 Graphics
and my laptop doesnt

laptop: Intel
PC: AMD

Yes, like its said above fixing vehicles/improvements for the data.

Remainder:There won't be any new mission's in the next update.
