I guess there has to be at least one empty, for spaces between words, but are others already occupied? And these two (okay, one and eighth) rows, aren't they usable?

 

? are used between the other fonts for various characters that do not need to be shared between the others, the bottom two rows are reserved for HUD use and are mainly evident on font4a. The spaces I marked off are the slots we have free across ALL fonts since they have to match layout for actual text.

 

Though we MAY be able to use the bottom row, which requires a bit of tinkering on Silent's side, we just can't have the HUD stuff on the last row as it gets cut off, and the HUD stuff is a custom code, which for Silent is easier to just tag on at the end, the last row seems to have a shorter space gap for some odd reason but if some characters fit within those bounds then yeah we could use it i guess.

OK, well PM me for the details to get access to the Translation DropBox, and let us know if you have a Skype or anything so we can contact you quickly, etc, and so you can contact us if you get stuck or run into problems.

 

As for anyone else, take a look at that game example and if you can work with it, get in touch, keep in mind we're working with what characters we've got, we've added Romanian Characters to it now, so space available is limited, but damn, Nine Languages character sets supported, we're pushing this as far as possible.

Actually, to be more precise, a Palmetto is a type of palm tree, as well as Hesper. What I wonder now, is the reason behind the colors: "Blue" Hesper, "Silver" Palmetto. My guess is the next updates will include "Pygmy," "Sylvester," and/or "Kentia" based on the previous titles.

Well, a while back Ash said that NTAuthority(?) idk, someone was working on an MTA conversion to VCS:PC and if anyone has any word on that, or another multiplayer conversion, I'd like to check it out sometime. I currently have my hands full with my own server in partnership with a guy named Rangerxxll back in SA:MP. And if VCS:PC ends being multiplayer compatible, I'd like to create a community server there too. VCS:PC seems small for multiplayer, but it's hard to picture multiplayer without seeing it for myself. Rambling done. Gratz on the translations.

u -> ù, but done with adding single diactrical mark insteal of duplicating every letter. I guess that could give you some extra space for new symbols.

No, simple as, each character is a 32x40 block (on 512x512 grid), nothing can be added or joint overlayed with other blocks, each specific thing has to be its own block. To be fair, the fact that we've got NINE Languages supported out of a single grid is pretty damn amazing, Rockstar only ever pushed for Five, with far regions either using a swapped texture or being fan translations anyway.
