DTZ Explorer 1.0? What do you mean available in VC style? I thought stories used SA like handling

Refer back to the I don't know. I don't follow the handling, that's Luten's side.

 

I was refering to DTZ Explorer as a suggestion. Hopefully Luten can chime in on that

In reference to the antennae: Police cars in the 80's (Miami) typically didn't have antenna like the ones you've put on in the test vid.

 

It does look pretty cool on a regular car, though.

I think we should wait with them till entire city is unlocked. 'filtering out' the balloons from east island would be more than annoying, and I want the mod to be 100%-able no matter how much content we have.

Haha well it would be nice to have an added spawn location for a jetpack, after all, the parachute may possibly be kept in. :)

Looks great! I like how a lot of the textures are clearer than their PS2 counterparts, but still remain pretty much the same.

You mean you're not using original PS2 textures? I didn't see much difference, though (edit: apart from that punk/blue building).

They're using tweaked VC textures if I'm not mistaken

East Island on VCS PS2 was rushed and is still using PSP textures in a lot of areas, which is one reason why it looks pretty crap, so what we're doing is using the original Vice City on PS2 to get the textures and edit them to look like the VCS versions and applying them back, just to bring the areas visuals up to par with the West Island.
