SA Released Vice City Stories: PC Edition

All textures for these have been edited slightly to fit in more with the VCS environment, might be added in the next update or something if we find a good place to spawn on map.

Fire Extinguisher - Somewhere around the Fire Station in Downtown...

Flowers - Dunno Yet...

Poolcue - Next to Biker Bar in Downtown.

Shovel - Trailer Park/Construction Site

Spraycan - I have a texture for Pepper spray that you can use. It would become Pepper Spray and could be put near the police Stations...

 

Ima take some screenshots of the locations at one point in time to give you an idea...

 

The Pepper Spray is a Low Poly/Quality Conversion of the one from Saints Row 2. It fits the GTA Style... click the pic to DL

Ash, after all, are you still on Team or not? You keep working as you always did...

I came back to at least fulfil my role to help out with the BETA3 launch, ...as we were suppose to do a break shortly after, that never came about. So I've just been in contact since and helping out where I can.

 

@Ss4gogeta0: Funny enough the Shovel in the Construction Site near a patch of dirt was my first choice, I also want to maybe spawn another behind the Funeral Parlour in Little Haiti, during VCS the open grave hasn't been dug yet, where it has in VC, so I think it would be cool to have a Shovel waiting there to.

 

Biker Bar for the Pool Cue, good idea, another place I was thinking of spawning it was near Umberto's House as he's got a Pool Table in there shown in pretty much all of his cutscenes.

 

Flowers, I can only think of one place so far, and that would be the picnic park near the Fairground.

hmm, for the flowers you could have them spawn in Leafy Links aswell or maybe that little area near the pizza shop on the west islands when your coming off the bridge. its like a fork in the road where theres a patch of land inbetween with bushes and a palm tree... cant think of the exact location -.-

 

and yea the shovel behind the funeral home is a good idea along with the pool cue at umbertos (He would probably leave one at the side of his house just in case )

 

still, the spray can could also be over in Prawn Island near the mansion thats covered in graffiti...

You could also leave a fire extinguisher behind the counter at King Knuts, like how San Andreas had one behind the counter in the fast food restaurants. The spray can you can put somewhere in Little Hati or Little Havana. You can have a pool cue at the White Stallienz Biker Bar. The flowers, really anywhere there is a lot of grass and vegetation.

Yeah, also thought about putting the extinguisher behind the counter.

 

The spray can fits Lil' Haiti's or Lil' Havana's gangsta style very well, so, as nkjellman pointed out, it should be placed in either/both of those locations.

I guess you have too low-end PC. Even on my P4 with AGP video it's quite enjoyable. At least more than PPSSPP, leave alone PCSX2.

So here's a crazy idea: Start out with full swimming capabilities (no 30 second limit, plus diving). Make Jetpack available (near the beach?) as reward for completing Beach Patrol.

No, JetPack has nothing to do with Swimming or Beach Patrols. And also, I think the team should disable diving and add limit for swimming. And as a reward, you should get unlimited swimming, like in original game, because that's what the team wants to achieve.

I agree !!! These are the main objectives...the mod can live without the other things mentioned above !!!

 

UPDATE ON WEAPONS BUG: The only weapon that it keeps is the pistol that gives u after the attack on the boat ( in the first mission ) with the 17-0 ammo...thats all if it matters...

I just repassed all the missions and i can re-confirm that they work perfectly without a crash...the only problem mission is the ,,Truck Stop'' but it is known...that being said - Silent,you are amazing man !!! You did an excellent job with fixing the missions !!! I am eagerly awaiting the new ones and more new updates !!! God bless you guys !!! This mod is the best ever !!!

If you update the game, you'll get the latest version which includes bug fixes and other tweaks, sadly no new missions yet as people won't let us move on. But I will be doing like a chart or something so people can read it, after I finish some other stuff, right now just correcting any floating lamp posts on the map, very boring.
