If you want MAC support, first you'd have to buy us all a Mac! tounge.gif Steam has us covered by giving us the MAC versions for free but yeah, we can't download it unless we are on a Mac, and of course we can't test the Mac version, without a Mac. tounge.gif

Is there any crash, any report you could give us though?

on Project Liberty or VCS PC ED?

PL worked great (but i messed up when i tried to install the "perfect" first person mod ^^)

VCS refused to start, i can't remember the error, but i can redownload and install if you want.

and when i tried to start it with the original exe, the game started itself like 50 times

I know you guys MAYBE will add some stuff, but only after reaching your objectives, but I was thinking if you can add Fast Foods, as in San Andreas, I mean, in VCS there are two King Knuts, some shops in the Vice Point Mall, it'll be cool

You're doing an epic job, I love you tounge2.gif

I'd like to see more garages. Original VCS has only three - it's not enough. I really would like to storage more vehicles.

I remember only two. But I prefer only original stuff, for better experience.

There are three, located on: The Clymenus Suite (3-4 cars), The Compound (1 car) and the 101 Bayshore Avenue (1-2 cars). It would be cool if, for example, the garages located next to the Vic's one on 101 Bayshore Avenue could be used tounge.gif .

Only if your lucky. Rockstar f*cked up with saving cars on VCS. (may of fixed it on PS2) Also once they are stored, and you have saved, sometimes the game will decide to delete them for no reason.

But don't even get me started on the Chainsaw. You guys better not make the Chainsaw only work for a second. (I think it worked on the PS2 but on the PSP it would shut off.)

Or ... just leave the chainsaw functionality by SA defaults in other words and only change the actual model (as if this has any real significance, but apparently some people are very sensitive to this as well)

Yes, you're right. I finished VCS on PS2 first. It was all cool, there were some bugs here and there, but it was totally playable. Now I bought a PS Vita and downloaded VCS for PSP, to try this version. It contains a lot of bugs, including this one of 101 Bayshore Avenue garage. I tought it was just me, but if you are reporting it too, it's a general bug. I saw the Chainsaw glitch too. That was incredible - even the sound of this weapon looks bugged. I remember that on PS2 it works normally - it's a bug of the PSP version, I think. But all this can be fixed on PC Edition. About the graphics, PSP is very inferior to PS2 - IMO.

Too bad it's not used in the game. Still nice though.

Not used... Was it really stored in game archives?

BTW. See you got west island fully completed. Congrats!

It could be spawned by hacking the game, so yeah, it's still in the games files. tounge.gif

Didn't know it was still accessible and fully-working vehicle. Kinda like Lure Rancher in SA.

BTW, you've got Rotasig error in first post where logo should be, and 404 on "Soldier" promo-shot (the very first one).

Awesome! Any chances of doing VCS effects for Beta3 like Muzzle Flash?

Spoiler: Love the VCS muzzle flash!

In VCS PC Edition is that still the case or are you guys gonna leave one parked somewhere?

Thinking of doing a role reversal. tounge.gif

What do you mean?

Noooo

Both FBI Washington and FBI Rancher appeared in Vice City, but only the FBI Rancher spawned during Police Chases. The FBI Washington was only available at a spawn point hidden away in Downtown.

So, role reverse it, have the FBI Washington appear as normal during chases, and have the FBI Rancher spawn somewhere parked up in Downtown.

It's just like VCS, though VCS doesn't spawn the FBI Rancher.

Is there possibility of the mission 'Jive Drive' beign in Beta3? It would be nice if it would extend by just 1 mission more smile.gif

I like that idea.

Washington has an appearance of heavy and slow sedan designed for arriving at murder scene with nowhere to hurry and noone to chase. While Rancher seems to be ideal car for ramming Vic of the road.

The actual game uses the FBI Washingtons, so we'll use them to.

That's why I called it a role reversal tounge.gif Rockstar switched to FBI Washingtons in VCS, but the FBI Rancher didn't appear in the game (apart from hacking), so since the FBI Washington only appeared in Vice City as a parked car, we'll put the FBI Rancher as a parked car here.

I found one bug. When you on motorbike, you can enter save point at army. dozingoff.gif

That entire area has been redone now, so yeah, that bug would be fixed. smile.gif

edit: For everyone else, just messing around right now, but if anyone was curious as to how the game would look if the palms rendered far away...

The game is seriously unstable when it's set that high though, but was nice to try out and play around before it crashes. tounge.gif
