I understand that. I meant after VCS PC is 100% done are you planning on doing your own LCS mod? The LCS team isn't doing original LCS, but their modified version. But I already now know that you guys just want to do VCS.

To simply put it, no, we're not, someone else might, and I might help out if I have time, but the team as a whole, we only want to focus on VCS.

But you might not want to mod by then. Anyway I knew you guys would react that way. In short terms the answer is no.

I don't even know what I'll be doing with my own life in 4 to 5 years time, let alone if I'll even be involved with the GTA Modding scene. tounge.gif

Fun Fact, the generic Watch and Dog Tag texture in the Beta Vic files is actually higher quality (32x32 instead of 16x16) so we'll now be using that on all skins! A little digging around works wonders!

Yep you did, only took a real look at the textures tonight though (before I just looked at face, top and pants, didn't check the extras) plus I was just curious to see how beta Vic looked in motion.

Why sorry, I didn't make it, Rockstar did, I'm just messing with it, this face won't be included in the game as it lacks an IG version, only the cutscene one was left behind, but we can salvage the pants and higher res dog tags/watch for use in the game.

Guys, which graphical mod you will be using to make bloom effect? enb or colormod? or something else?

Since ENB was used in BETA1, then suppressed by Color Mod in BETA2, it would be kind of weird to go back to ENB in BETA3 tounge.gif

Why would we use ENB, no offense to those that do, but it's a very bloated Car Shiner for people who think Next Gen = Mirrors on everything and Bloom turned to maximum.

 

It's using ColorMod still, but altered so it's no longer changing any game colors, just applying a bloom affect directly into the game.

Hey. I think I've got idea how to remake Empire build. Do you remember Import/export from SA. There obtain cars to buy. ITS LIKE IN VCS limiting to choose one of them. make that with building.After that was left us growing process Maybe Make temp folder for models like bridge in III and open/close subway. It's in scm wrote HOW YOU LIKE IT?

Building's replacing is the simplest thing to do with Empires, actually.

what about blured rotor? The sence is in model, must be with cuted cirqle where are 4 identic elements set like this position + they are trapesoids. When heli starting rotors turn around in opposite site then blur when are on max speed, when accelerate side to forward. Please try some

That wasn't a post made in proper English.

 

Basic alpha setting on moving_rotor does not do the trick.

EDIT: There is (probably) impossible to get blurred rotor in VCS PC.
