It's a bug in Alpha channel opacity. GTA VCS has better engine.

Also, to make the game closer to what a real-life port would be, you should remove the jetpack.

He doesn't have to remove the jet pack. He can say if you don't want it, dont use the cheat. It doesn't have to be that perfict.

I think its easier and better to say this.

 

"If you don't like using the Jet Pack in VCS PC Edition, then don't use it."

 

Its not worth the work to remove something when you can just tell people who don't want it to not use it. It will keep everyone happy. Some people would like a jetpack.

 

But when you guys model the map you should modify the tops of bildings that are above the original VCS/VC height limit so they have the same detail that they do below it. (not too much extra work) Also they should be properly colled. Only saying because SA has a higher height limit. (Wouldn't recomend lowering it to the VCS height limit because it sucks horrably. Same thing. Don't like it, dont fly above the VCS height limit.)

We won't cut the jetpack. It just won't spawn in any place. Cheat may be kept, or renamed to something different along with the other cheats.

Fix? It's not a bug, nor a cheat. I was just messing with the EXE.

 

But yeah, it could act like a cheat without major problems (I wouldn't cut bugged head in cars as a bug).

As already pointed out, Reagan does exist in the III-era, Couzin Ed mentions him on the radio "Man, did you see the president last night? Great Performance, Flawless Performance Man, Reagan f*ck Yeah!"

 

@ludi911: The Bumper Stickers have to be 128x32 max, so long sentences usually become unreadable, even small details get squashed into a blur, that's why I posted that up there so people can at least notice the Fast-Forward In Vehicle Audio advert on the side which is barely readable in game. Plus the line about In Stereo also fits with other commercials in the game, such as the Fast-Forward In Vehicle Audio one which points out that it's capable of incredible Stereo Sound.

 

As for the MUSIC TELEVISION thing, I'm trying to work out that one, according to the GTA world, MeTV stands for Music Entertainment Television, obvious oo big to fit on the sticker so I'm trying to see if there's any sub-quotes on the VCS website that are repeated for it.

 

Then again, these might not even make it into the game, just a side concept to take my mind off things.
