i think i can help you ash. first of all they need to be converted to a mircorsoft wav set at a 16bit mono. i always use iTunes to convert because it is the only program that allows you to do such settings. then to extract audio i use SAAT GUI http://www.mediafire.com/?qg80na1v6qof1s9 Because for me its the easiest. carl johnsons talking is in SFX SPC_EXAMPLE. i will create a list of what the banks are and upload it later i hope this will help for now.

What I'm asking is, there's 20 BANKS for CJ, ....but I don't know what does what. VCS on the other hand I have Actions and Emotions in their own folders (BUSTED_ANGRY, BUSTED_CALM, BUSTED_PISSED, BUSTED_WISECRACK, CRASH_ANGRY, CRASH_CALM, CRASH_PISSED, CRASH_WISECRACK, etc, etc), so what I need to know, is what Emotion and Action goes where in San Andreas Files, there doesn't seem to be any hints towards what the game does, the only guide out so far ROUGHLY covers BANK01, but the rest of them are arranged differently and with each folder having 120+ plus files MINIMUM each, it's a bit of a maze with no sign.

 

Right now the only option I have is to listen to every file and try and match it to the VCS one, but that's going to take an extremely long and tedious time to do.

Not really, that's what I've been using, I need to know which of those goes to which emotion, I could try and guess it, but I just want to be 100% certain, and I'm confused why san Andreas has to be this bloody stupid when all the other game have it clear as day. tounge.gif

Just testing one thing, not even related to VCS PC. You can see that Colormod handles stuff well though tounge.gif

 

Yeah, I have to remove these dynamic shadows. Should be pretty easy.

I agree. Once you put the graphics settings on low they go away, along with the 3d grass. It would look like VCS. I think the setting is visual effects. Basically if you leave it alone it will give users the option to have the original shadows or the dynamic shadows with 3d grass. It would probably be a small PC enhancement if Rockstar were to go and port the game to PC.

enb series can make the shadow darker.

There is a file you can edit to make the normal shadow darker. They don't have the ENB Series shadow enabled, so the default one shows. I think the file you edit is the stream.ini. I found a graphics mod that made the shadows darker, however it made them too dark. However SA's default shadows are too light, you can barley see them.

I remember one mod which wasn't enbseries that made the shadows darker. It came with a pallete and a d3d9 file. I can't find anymore but it was in 4shared.

I think it's about the VCS color scheme, peds got different clothes but same texture, and cars too, i think. Yeah, something like that smile.gif

That's their goal, but we don't know when (Only Luten's handling it now)

I really want to see the Jet Ski, Hover craft, and the vehicle that I forgot the name, looks like a buggy, and can drive on water.

I think they are converted, however not all of them are in the game.

 

I hope to see the full VCS on this mod.
