It's mainly Starfish Island. First off, the tree's, most of them were removed on the PSP version giving the island a more empty look, but this created an easy way to get onto the second island, so the tree's were added back into the PS2 version (Also more likely because the PS2 could handle the extra foliage streaming), Diaz's mansion was altered, mainly the construction part, the unfinished pool was expanded and a stunt jump was added there. Other changes are where things have been slightly altered to allow new stunt jumps.

Now I want to port the map files from the PS2 to the PSP version. Ill look into that.

It's actually kind of been done, PS2 Side Missions were ported into the PSP version when the mod tools were first available, it's how people also found BETA models from the game including a Vic Vance in an alt styled Army Uniform and different face.

The big thing I wondered about was using LCS models in VCS. I wonder if that would work.

Ma's Hitmen from LCS was reused in VCS where Vic got ambushed at the beginning.

Never noticed that.

That's right, I remember that. The beta face looked just like the guy carrying the briefcases in the VC intro cutscene.

No, you don't need to send me any file. I'll convert the peds you want and then send in PM in packs wink.gif I'll wait for beta like anyone else. Maybe if you let me get the files biggrin.gif . But until the list isnt finished I'll not leave rigging.

It's Color Mod: http://hotmist.ddo.jp/plugin/colormod/index.html

 

It's allows for colour and brightness alteration and also allows Bloom, it's like ENB but works on a much broader range of hardware and doesn't affect performance anywhere near the same way ENB does.

I think enb series are over used with to much shine, what you guys are using is perfect.

Haven't heard from Hackman or silent in a long time.

Silent recently got a new PC and is hitting his way through GTA IV and EFLC, so he's on a bit of a break right now (also trying other games on his new hardware). tounge.gif

Actually, beta 1 had ENBSeries, but we're almost sure that beta 2.0 will have Colormod instead (a bit tweaked by me).

It indeed looks WAY better than ENB. And it also doesn't make uneeded places (such as hud) bright.

Ok, I'm asking here, does anyone have any knowledge of the San Andreas Audio System? I have most of Vic's audio extracted and the VCS fileing system was pretty obvious (e.g. BUSTED_ANGRY, BUSTED_CALM, BUSTED_PISSED, PULLGUN_ANGRY, PULLGUN_CALM, PULLGUN_PISSED, etc, etc) and going back to the San Andreas files reminds me why I hated it soo much, it just seems to be random, the very few guides (ONE) out there barely covers BANK01, the other 19 are in a near enough different order and don't detail what Emotion CJ is suppose to be using to play which Bank.

i think i can help you ash. first of all they need to be converted to a mircorsoft wav set at a 16bit mono. i always use iTunes to convert because it is the only program that allows you to do such settings. then to extract audio i use SAAT GUI http://www.mediafire.com/?qg80na1v6qof1s9 Because for me its the easiest. carl johnsons talking is in SFX SPC_EXAMPLE. i will create a list of what the banks are and upload it later i hope this will help for now.
