GTA 3 Remake for the 20th Anniversary?

Highly unlikely, but Will be great a GTA III remastered versión for modern Windows and they can include liberty city stories for PC, for me was the most important GTA and a Big step forward for the franchise.

 

PD: there are here or in other sources a proper tutorial to install the things neccesary to run the game smoothly in Windows 10?
