jimmycakes
I used to say this would be the greatest game in the history of greatest games ever made ever... ever. But I haven't opened it since December last year. Why am I not opening it again? Geisterfaust, Dan390, Excalibur Voltaire and 4 others 3

Officer Friendly
So according to the RSGL I have put in 259 hours for this game. I just reach the beginning of chapter 6, and haven't even touched online yet. The world created is a masterpiece and it would be a travesty to not have RDR remastered. This is my top 5 favorite game of all time. Edited March 22, 2020 by Officer Friendly DrDetroit

This is my top 5 favorite game of all time. With the game kinda playable for me, I gave it another try. The atmosphere/level of detail is simply amazing. Simply breathtaking. But it's not without it's flaws. It feels overburdened (controls is clunky and overcomplicated, inventory etc is cumbersome). Their knack for pseudo-realism can be annoying and cringeworty. Yesterday I wanted to escape through water and I drowned after swimming less than 50 metres in a little pond. Even if you factor in that Arthur was fully clothed, it was ridiculous how fast I passed out. I was out only a few metres, and as soon as I realized how quickly my stamina was drained, I couldn't even get back these few metres. The reputation system is also complete bonkers and arbitrary, they should've done without it. It's still an amazing experience, I'll def. replay it, the SinglePlayer experience is on another level. thisisdagger
It will take quite some time for me to replay this game. Not because of bad experience but instead because it was such a marathon of a game... I want to give it time to settle in my mind and play it again in a few years when everything feels fresh again
