The Citadel Rock map must be the reward. Actually, I think the cock up is not in their newswire wording. The reward for daily challenges should be sent to your lockbox or post office. The Citadel Rock treasure map was in my Benefits list. I have a feeling, one confirmed a few times before already, that Rockstar is either slow with sending the reward to our lockboxes/post offices, or totally clueless about players having achieved the 5 dailies already. I do remember picking up a treasure map from my lockbox on Tuesday already, but not sure if that was a rank up reward or the daily challenge reward.
