If you know what is NativeUI for grand theft auto V, well, I did that for GTA San Andreas. It will contain not only the tools needed to create custom menus, time bars, mission panels in GTA V style, but also a functional phone, the weapon wheel redone, a player switch system... It will be a replay big mod, but I'm working on it. I kinda abandoned this project to bring it to another level. As now I've done the script to create custom menus (you can customize them in any way you want) and the script to create and show notifications (as GTA V) above the radar.
