It was 30 frames per second, it became 16 after the spawn model

GTA 5 worked at high settings with a stable 30 frames per second, 
but when I chose the Ashley model (Menyoo trainer) and
turned off my shoes, the game crashed. After restarting the game,
I received only 16 FPS. Has anyone come across a similar one?
