Just to be clear I'm voting on the preps, not the heist.

 

Also Firefighter disguise > NOOSE disguise, for these reasons:

  • Prep is easier
  • It unlocks an outfit
  • If you are voting for prep depending on the effect it has on the heist, then firefighter gear is better when going for the chopper. It's easier to cross the highway undetected when disguised as a firefighter, both on foot and when parachuting from the roof. One heist I played we lost the cops while still on the roof of the police station with the firefighter disguise. Of course neither is really necessary when you got the High Roller outfit.
