Stew Pot in my persistent posse problem...

 My friend in my posse recently cannot make stew pot recipes as of last week or two. When she gives it the ingredients for the good grub, it steals them and only base quality stew is made. I can make the good stuff as leader. It used to work fine until the last update i believe. Why is it stealing her ingredients? Anyone have this issue with recipes in your posses?
