A question about the UK version for PS3

I am a Brit living in the US, and I am also multilingual. As I understand it, there is a PS3 version of this game (It's an Amazon; I would link it if I thought that it was allowed) called the "UK" version that has both text and audio in a bunch of European languages. As the PS3 is not region-locked, I would like to import a copy. Does anyone own or has played this version to confirm? It's about $30 US to import a physical copy from Europe, so I want to be sure.

To my knowledge the limitation on US and UK versions is the TV Format:

US = NTSC

UK = PAL

It should work fine but take note that the PS3 version is the crappy "Remaster" version.

I did some more research last night and you are right. The language options are subtitles/text only, which is not surprising given the huge amount of talking in this game, but the "remaster" version seems to be very polarising and I watched a few videos where they compared performance. Sad to say, the PAL version was noticeably inferior. I put the digital US version on my PS Store wish list and I may pick it up on a sale at some point.

One think that I do like about the "remaster" version versus the PS2/PS4 versions is that it looks much, much less jaundiced. The older versions all look like there's some kind of filter on the game, and next to the brighter versions it's really obvious.
