My MicroSMG/Rifle has disappeared, rockstar won't do anything

Hello,

 

This morning i was playing my game as normal I only started playing GTA Online around two weeks ago less i think, this morning both guns were available (i purchased them about a day or two after i started playing gta online and upgrades), today my MicroSMG and Rifle (cant remember the rifle i bought ironically), i closed game, tried new sessions, still missing from weapon wheel, i contacted rockstar and they have basically said

Not sure what additional information i can provide, i replied telling them i can't simply as it's not like rockstar sends an email when you purchase a gun in game in ammunition shop. It seems there aren't interested, since playing for around two weeks, i've been grinding my backside off and feel like they are fobbing me off, if i go to ammunition shop it wants me to repurchase then upgrades on top.

 

has anyone had this happen to them? i am fuming tbh, i bought some shark cards to last week so not like i have a reason to lie to them or have anything to gain, i am just not happy that they claim they are unable to verify the reported loss, i know i bought them, i've been using them since playing gta online yet i am expected to buy them again which i won't do incase it then happens again.

 

I feel like giving the game up, i'm grinding all the time trying to earn cash and then being robbed by Rockstar. I have replied since and awaiting another reply but not hoping for much at this point although if that the case i'm not sure if it worth it if things are going to randomly dissappear and then be told basically i will have to buy them again because they have no record of it which must be nonsense as i did buy them.

 

You have hackers/modders doing all kinds of stuff ruining the game for others, cheating the system yet i feel like us genuine honest players are treated like if we are the crooks.

to add to the above i also questioned 75k to, this morning i bought 75k coke resupply, money was deducted, i went outside coke lockup, about 30 seconds later my session quit, on loading gta online up again i waited 30 minutes still no text to say coke delivery arrived at coke lockup, went to coke lockup and had to rebuy the supplies again at 75k, checked transaction log, shows i did not buy 75k resupply even though i did and i saw it get deducted, unfortunately i did not look at my balance before hand as don't think it was reimbursed when session quit.

ok rockstar got back to me and funded my account with $300,000 to cover the two missing guns and cocaine resupply, very nice of them, got worried they were not going to help. Thumbs up to rockstar for eventually sorting the problem

They give you money only to avoid the actual problem. This game is notorious for missing ammo/weapons. Dont be surprised if it happens again. In the future try to save video evidence when these types of issues pop up.

unfortunately i forgot to video record it, but instead took pics afterward in ammunition shop as when already purchased it shows gun icon instead of price so did that as spent even more on guns this time arround. But going to record it from now on.
