"One Man Army" achievement achievable in multiplayer?

Hello, I'd like to know if it's possible to earn the one man army achievement in multiplayer. I have attempted to survive under 6 stars for 5 minutes (that's the requirement of the achievement) but I have died before 5 minutes have passed. I know it's probably easier to get in singleplayer using some specific method, but I think it's going to be more fun to do it in the multiplayer. Did anyone try to earn this achievement in multiplayer?
